CTHA – A Top 50 Landlord

Hertfordshire based housing association, CTHA, are delighted to have been named as one the Top 50 Landlords in England and Wales in a competition run by 24Housing magazine. CTHA has been a provider of homes and support services since 1975, and is now embarking on a new stage in its development by building homes for rent on different tenures.

CTHA’s Chief Executive, Paul Eastwood, said: “To be included within the list of Top 50 Landlords is welcome recognition for the work that we do with vulnerable people, and demonstrates that small, locally based housing associations have a valuable role to play in helping overcome the shortage of affordable homes”.
